Its location was favourable in the region. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were very unfriendly.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were charming and made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The hallways were wide enough for my walker, and there were handrails in the bathroom for extra support. It was such a relief to find a hotel that catered to the needs of senior people like me.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and tried their best, there were moments when I could have used a bit more help with my bags or navigating the area.

I recently stayed at 17 North Street in Caloundra for a week and had a fantastic experience. The communal areas were clean and presentable, with a communal fridge stocked with basics and fresh fruit and vegetables. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the air conditioning in the room was a great addition. The housekeeper was friendly and welcoming, and there was even fresh cool spring water available. The garden and herb area were a lovely touch, and the location next to a shopping center and plenty of parking options made our stay convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel.
